Welcome to Module 3! This is where we really get into the nuts and bolts of how to manage our PCOS using food. Module 1 (hopefully) established that you are worth all of the effort you need to make changes to the way you eat and your lifestyle. Module 2 looked at why these changes are important and now it’s time to look at how to go about making those changes.
